We recommend that you try using a sink & drain cleaner in the first instance.
If this doesn’t work you’ll need to call us to make the payment over the telephone then we will arrange for a plumber to attend.
There is a £50 charge, to be paid in advance, before our contractors can attend to clear blockages. If we find that the blockage is no fault of your own, the £50 payment will be refunded to you.
