Career fulfilment is different for everyone. A number of our staff have taken advantage of development opportunities to become Champions and Ambassadors in their field of expertise and are mentoring colleagues, even delivering in house training. Induction and Training
On joining Linc, you will undertake a structured induction programme. This will help you to understand the organisation and the workplace and introduce you to your job and work colleagues.
Having knowledgeable skilled staff is crucial to Linc to help us deliver a quality service and you will be supported to undertake all mandatory training required for your role. You will also work with your Line Manager to create a bespoke learning plan that identifies your personal development needs. You will be provided with the opportunity to discuss your development at regular one to one discussions and annual performance development reviews.
We offer a variety of learning activities in the form of e-learning: classroom courses; workbooks; on the job coaching; DVDs; etc. Learning can often consist of a mixture of all of these activities.
Support
Whether you are happy to stay within your role or are looking to progress, you will be encouraged to realise your full potential and will have the full support of your Line Manager and the Learning and Development Team. All mandatory training and development that you undertake that is relevant to your job will be paid for by Linc and you will be supported with time off to attend learning events. We are able to help if you have any specific learning support needs.
